The media could not be loaded. I really have no complaints with this gate. It looks good for the most part, and is relatively easy to assemble. I did this by myself in about 30 minutes total, so pack your patience if you're doing it by yourself. It would be nice if they actually labeled each piece on the piece themselves, but it's pretty self explanatory on the instructions sheet (which is inside the small box with all of the screws, just an FYI). I would suggest more than anything, is to NOT take the zip ties off of the gate BEFORE you've got it where you want it. It makes it kind of hard to get the tensions tightened up bc it swings back and forth. Other than that, this definitely gets a 5****** from me!

Sent this to my elderly Dad in another state who is a retired engineer and still very handy. His hallway is 52 inches. With ALL sections in, it was too wide. By removing a section it was too short and the cat can easily get through the gap. After hours of him messing with it, it turns out the 6, 8, and 12 inch extension pieces were missing! I called the company and they said it must have been an 'Amazon return' with missing pieces. Ugh! However they very promptly sent a new gate WITH all of the extension pieces and now it fits and works great in the 52 inch hallway. Good product and good customer service. HOWEVER they lose a star for sending an incomplete gate in the first place. So if your gate doesn't fit, make sure all of the extension pieces were included!
Pretty gate but has some issues

I bought this gate to install in an exterior foyer, specifically a brick arch just outside my front door. It's to allow my dog to nap in the sun without worry of him wandering off. For that, it will work beautifully and I'll give the product 4 stars. However, there are a few things to know. If you're using the extension pieces, this is not a gate that will be easy to put up and take down as the pieces do not actually attach to the gate assembly; they all hold together when the gate is installed, but will come tumbling apart when you take it down. This includes the adjustable rubber stopper pieces. They don't screw into the gate to stay, they're simply held there in place while the gate is up. Point being, there is no easy put up when needed, take down when done. Pieces will fall. Thankfully, it's very pretty so I don't mind leaving it up. It definitely would not work with a strong dog who would push it or jump on it, especially when using the extensions. The last thing is a major pet peeve. Both sides have stickers that shred when you try to remove them. It really detracts from the appearance. I'll have to spend at least an hour getting the adhesive off and hopefully not scratch it in the process.

Gate with all the extensions in it is a little flimsy. If you use ait ant the smallest size this wouldn't be an issue. L I'll Each extension is held with a small rod and it flexes at these spots. It seams to hold together well otherwise. Just noticed it flexes at these joints. Not sure if it will cause future issues.
