Works good lifting power is good

I love the lift seems to be well made and decent welds I'm a welder of 15 years so the welds not to bad. It was all scratched to hell vary bad from shipping and the way it was packaged sucks vary thin cardboard around it and rap that's it for the outside the rest of the parts where packaged good and put inside of the lift arms and where all ok. As for the price and what you get you can't go wrong I've lifted lots of vehicles with it including a 13 Yukon xl that weighs 7500lb and lifted it with no problem.
Box came pretty damaged, I contacted the factory and they responded to my concerns immediately.

The unit has issues with the non-remote side latch not working all the time. This is a hastle, after looking at this, I think a simple spacer for one of the cable pulleys will fix the problem. It appears to be dragging on one of the cables. This should not be an issue, this needs to be addressed by the factory.

You purchase this from Amazon, but then you'll speak to the company that has the lifts in their warehouse. Very easy to get a hold of. You receive the phone number to call after the purchase has been completed and verified through Amazon. The two ladies I spoke to were so nice and very helpful! Got shipping figured out and it even came a few days early!

Price after taxes, came to $1970ish, no shipping charges and the delivery was super fast, given all the problems
in 2020.
Assembly is easy, if you have a couple of people helping you, otherwise it can get pretty hard. The columns are HEAVY, have different your tool-box handy. Plus, remember to have fork-lift ready when the lift arrives at your place.

Waiting for replacement for damaged part...Cover part took 3-4 weeks to come in mail, The lift works good so far.. will pay for itself in no time..As others have commented, the lift has scratches and roughed up from shipping process and would be a smart business decision for National Auto to supply a decent amount of touch up paint. Surprised how much goes together plain and simple, but instructions are lacking, so take time and think things through.
