I bought this over-the-door clothing rack to store diamond paintings. Initial assembly took, literally, seconds. The included stick-on foam pads protect the front and back of the door from the support hooks and prevent their shifting; I put additional pads where the bottom of the rack contacts the door to keep it from banging against the door. (The longer included pads may have been intended for that purpose.) The rack seems sturdy; it was wobbly when assembled, but once it was in place on the door it was stable. The hanging bar has plastic protectors on its ends -- so no open tubing -- and telescopes so that its length is adjustable. I cut 1/4-1/2-inch sections of pipe insulation to hang over the bar between the hangers so the diamond paintings don't rub together. (I wrap my dp-in-progress around longer sections of pipe insulation, so I had it on hand.)

As I said, this product is adequate. It was quite simple to put together, but I did have to first overcome some significant errors in the instructions.
Tip 1: Everywhere they reference Rod B mentally replace that term with the phrase Rod C. There is no Rod B. I promise.
Tip 2A: There are no written instructions for applying Guard D. You simply put them on after you finish steps one and two. They are quite flimsy and, although I appreciate the gesture, provide little in the way of guarding the door from the male parts that comprise this product.
Tip 2B: Additionally, due to their flimsy quality, they fall off easily during the application process. Knowing this, hopefully you will be more careful than I was and avoid my fate (i.e., crawling on my bathroom floor looking for one of those clear suckers while whispering, "Please not in the toilet, please not in the toilet!").
Tip C: Don't miss the optional instructions for applying Spacer F. Although the instructions don't make it clear, two sizes are provided so that you can apply it to the short end of the hook, the long end of the hook, or, as I needed to for my narrow door, both ends of the hook.
And there you have it. A fully functional if adequate and somewhat cheap looking complete project.
