I liked this organizer so much, that when I lost my original one, I bought it again.
Feels good, the color on the metal doesn't flake off or scratch off easily.

It's pretty simple and blends right in with everything without advertising "hey here's my meds." I like the look and feel. It's very well constructed and will probably outlast me. The only downside I see is that there's only 1 compartment per day. If you take meds more than once per day you would probably be inclined to look elsewhere. The only way around this would be to purchase an additional one for a different time of day. Taking meds two times a day would require 2 of these in different colors to differentiate time of day. At this price point that may be a deal breaker for some.

I wanted a pill box that was more secure than my regular pill box.
This is an aluminum case that has a sliding compartment. I chose silver since I can sand it or polish it. If it is painted I'm sure it will show scratches.
The pockets are more than deep enough for all of my pills and tablets. It has 7 compartments.
There is a seal on one end. I'm not sure about the other end. There is another design that is cheaper but it slides and then has a compartment door.
I can easily slide the tray and pour out my pills onto my hand. It is compact, sleek and stylish.
Overall I'm very pleased with it.

I am heading off to a trip that will be 3 weeks. So I ordered a third one.
What I like about these is that they don't spill my pills when I travel. There is a slight degree of resistance to open it.
It's a handsome design. If I go on a 4 week trip, I'll get another.

I do love the look of this case, and the compartments are large and will hold many pills. It lost one star because the insert slides out too easily. I thought there would be some kind stop between compartments. as it is, you have to balance it just so to pour your pills out and hope it doesn't slide out and empty the whole week when you trying pour out one day. Still, I do like it.
