I'm over the codger summit and picked up some considerable arthritis on the way and that's the reason I bought this. The handle with a wrist strap gives me confidence for holding a $2,000+ instrument. I use it on the left hand side of the camera and took the top and right side pieces off. Attached a good wrist strap to a spinner button screwed in the top handle threaded hole and a perfect setup for me. Good grip

It fits well on my SmallRig and Z6. There is plenty of adjustment in the handle, right, left, up, and down. The Allen wrench fits in the handle and secured by a magnet. It does offer a lot of stability.
