The media could not be loaded. I love this machine, especially the fact that it comes with instructions. How many times have your purchased items from "manufactures" that didn't have written documentation. Well...this one comes with a step by step guide and pics to follow along. If you are getting into foil stamping, this one is perfect!

Purchased this through Amazon Warehouse as an open damaged box. Set it up thought I was missing some small screws, spring. Found everything in the bottom of the box underneath the packing. Works like it was new. Love getting a deal and buying from the warehouse has yet to let me down. Love a bargin!

do yourself a favor and spend a little extra for this hot stamp press! The slide out drawer is perfect and makes it so easy to hot stamp you can also adjust the height if you're stamping a thicker item. The machine heats up really fast and is easy to operate. I recently had a problem with a part in this machine and I contacted the company and they replaced the part for me and shipped it really fast. They made sure I received the right part and send me pictures and videos to help me replace the part. They also followed up to make sure my machine was up and running. Customer service like this is not heard of much these days, so I really appreciate their time and patience.
