Those that wrote "too hard to open" didn't remove the plastic far enough to see where it opens. So they struggled. This was the easiest bottle to open. Highly recommend it and the taste is wonderful. I bought the chocolate. I wish people would stop complaining. This is a great drink. So happy.

The sleeve on the bottle as you're wrestling the top off. The top is on there really tightly, so you may need an adjustable wrench to get it off and remove the bottles sleeve. Just ridiculous. .

Do these shakes taste great? No. They taste artificial, like Splenda. A popular competitor that plays on the word glucose for their brand name tastes much better, but not so much better that the price difference makes it worth it. I am willing to deal with a little bit of weird Splenda aftertaste to save like 50% per bottle.
I just wish it came in more flavors. I also think these shakes taste better warm than refrigerated but your mileage may vary.
These do not spike my blood sugar at all, are low enough in calories to be a snack rather than a meal replacement, and fit easily in my bag for me to take on the go. Sometimes you can't eat right when you plan to and having these shakes on hand keeps me from dealing with stomach pain in the meantime. Highly recommend if you need a diabetes-friendly, cost-effective way to stave off hanger. Just don't expect to use them to raise your blood sugar if you are experiencing a drop.
