Love the slight tang and umami flavors of this macadamia brie that a lot of plant-based cheeses tend to lack. It's rich in taste, very creamy and has a nice sharp accent to it that pairs well with fresh pear or apple slices and some crispy crackers. Perfect as an appetizer or after dinner snack with a glass of wine. I'm a fan!
