Arrived in perfect condition. Easy to install. Great spot to leave family messages and display current notes, cards, photos, tickets or anything important that usually ended up in a kitchen bowl. Cleans easily and small magnets stay attached. We hung it by the back door. Along with the key rack so we pass it frequently to see reminders. The stuff you may not schedule or put into your phone goes great there.

Purchased to hang in an outbuilding for the kids to play. Packaging was damaged, but the item appeared OK. The instructions are poor, but not much of a trick with one exception. There are two parts, #7 I believe, that clip into the top of the board that allow hanging at specific positions. They 1/4 turn into the slot along the edge of the baord. The board seems to be OK and works as a chalk board. Dry erasing is so-so, will need to clean with a damp cloth.

I am very satisfied with this chalk board. We have been looking for something other than a dry erase board for our grandchildren to play with. This certainly did the trick. It is used a lot - now if I can just get them to share the board space. Something I really appreciated was the installation. It was very easy to mount on the wall. My only criticism is the chalk tray. It constantly falls off. I finally had to duct tape it in place.
