When I received my stylus, it was missing one of the fiber tips. After using the Amazon vendor portal and waiting a few days. I decided to use the contact information that came with the product. The sales team responded right away and issued me credit for the missing tip. Great Customer service.

I should go on to say that I have purchased these Stylus before for my granddaughter and myself, and we really like them.

This is the only stylus I will use! Do they last forever? Of course not, but my first set served me well for a few years! They make touchscreen navigation so much easier. Can you get stylus's cheaper? Absolutely, but you get what you pay for! This is easy to handle, comfortable in your hands, and accurate.
