I have flat feet, overpronation, and plantar fasciitis. Over the years I have worn shoes by New Balance, Asics, and Saucony that were designed to address those problems. Some worked better than others, and some have gotten very pricey, so I looked around for alternatives. I stumbled upon these, gave them a try, and they are now my favorite walking shoe. Most other shoes have over the years run more narrow in general, and narrower at the toe box. I ordered these XW and they are wonderful for their width and wide toe box. No more cramped toes! I use an arch support insert (I recommend SOLE brand) and can still place the Fitville cushion insert on top of that for great cushioning. They are very comfortable and are the best yet at reducing my plantar fasciitis pain. I will definitely be getting another pair of these. Highly recommend.
