Overall the product seems well. The only problem is the straps to keep tight to the ac unit could be way better. It comes loose in heavy wind I had to get a tie down strap for towing down cargo on trailer to keep it from blowing away.

It's made of thinner vinyl than I expected, so I don't know how it will hold up over time, but it is working well so far. The way my window ac unit is braced underneath made it necessary to cut out the entire bottom panel of the cover, but the bottom of the unit is solid anyway so it only needs to be covered on its top and sides anyway.

Securing Straps are Junk

Installed over an 8,000 btu window unit with R13 Faced Insulation wrapped around AC unit Under the Cover and around the AC in the window. Live in an area where Wind Chills can easily reach -60 below. The tightening straps broke just trying to put medium tighten on them, fixed by using a 48" bungee Cord instead. BECAUSE the Straps are Junk, makes this Cover Overpriced, however the cover seems durable and winter/wet weather proof, will update if it fails. See picture for strap failure and Final Installation.
