It has an odd fit"¦not as form fitted as I'd like. Most odd tho is the cinch cord doesn't cinch the entire bottom. Meaning it's not a part of the entire hem. Just 2 sides cinch, but the other 2 sides hang straight. Not clear on the logic of that. And it's not because I didn't pull the cord hard enough. You can physically feel that the cord is not a part of the hem all the way around.

Quality looks good. My unit is 24x24x30. I bought the 26x26x32 to be safe. Fits very nicely! Velcro goes high enough for the electric and the buckle fits great under the other line. So far, so good.

I just received the item, so it's hard to say how durable it is; but I will say that it has a good weight to it; I believe it is quality material. I love the Velcro opening that does not inhibit or interfere with the hose connected to the A/C, and still protect the A/C from the elements. It's a great fit (be sure to measure your A/C) because I almost didn't. I love the colors available. I am so far, very happy with this purchase.
