I purchased this pump because I had my oil changed at a service center and they added one qt too many. Needless to say my truck started rattling so I killed it. When I received the pump. It couldn't be any easier to use. Insert the small tube into you're oil dipstick tube. Run it down till you hit the oil pan. Then insert the larger tube end into a container to catch you're oil when it pumps out. Then you hook the gator clips to you're car battery. Turn it on and you're in business. As for the pump it's self, it is of a lower quality and some day down the road it could fail on you. Hey what do you expect. No it won't pump like a 100 dollar pump. But you're not paying 100 dollars for this pump.. it 20 bucks including shipping to my door. You can't beat that deal if you tried. It had no issues starting up. Instantly started pumping oil out. It is very quiet. Which surprised me. It paid for its self with that one use. Saved my motor from being damaged. I highly recommend this product to anyone that needs one for a small job. I will buy a replacement pump down the road if and or when it fails on me.
