Closest Alternative to the Oculus Cable in Design. Seems to be Good Quality. Works Just Fine.

At about half the price of the Oculus cable, and the only alternative cable with an almost identical 90deg usbc (if not identical), this cable was the best alternative I came across. The cable works just fine so far. Just remember to enable PC gameplay, so it's not just a charging. It does work, if you go through the setup properly. Nice and thick, with a 90deg usbc that seems sturdy enough, and lower profile than other alternatives. Comes with a cable strap, to secure the cable so as not to put torque "forces" on your Oculus usbc port. Grab this cable if you want to save some money, vs the Oculus cable. Although, I don't have the Oculus cable for direct comparison, this cable seems to be close in design, and equal in performance. Offering the same gen usbc. Be sure your PC has a usbc port as well, if you plan to buy. Or, purchase a usba adapter. It's all about the data speeds of your PC's usb port at this point. Have fun!

Tried to use for my oculus quest 2 to play games off my pc but the quest doesn't recognize the cable so I cant.. kind of a let down had to buy a app on quest store to play my games it kinda defeats the purpose of having the cable in my opinion. It charges my quest pretty well leaving hours of game play possible. The cable is surprisingly thick and comes with a velcro strap I used to run the cable to the back of the headset. As far as comfort goes.. you know its unimmersive having a wire hanging from the headset though for me i dont really mind that being said you should already expect this even before purchasing.

Works beautifully. I've not had a single disconnect since using it (as opposed to another brand (that I won't name) that wouldn't stay connected for more than a minute). This is well made, and I have no hesitation in recommending it to any Quest 2 owner.
UPDATE - Almost exactly two years later, I started having issues with the headset telling me the battery was getting low (after almost two hours), even though it was plugged in, and the headset was communicating with my PC just fine. The connector that plugged into the headset seemed good, but when I disconnected the cable at the back of my PC, the USB-C connector's metal shell was "wobbly." I replaced the cable, and everything went back to normal.
That said, two years of being used once a week is not bad. I think if I had some sort of strain relief at the back of the computer, it'd still be fine. I use a length of Velcro to secure it at the headset, and that was where I always assumed trouble might develop. I'm not going to reduce the rating, I just wanted others to know that this is a potential problem for ANY brand cable.

Works perfectly for me at the rated USB 3.0 speeds. Before I bought this cable, I did buy a similar cable from another company, and I'm guessing they share the same manufacturer because it was pretty much the exact same cable/packaging with only difference being brand name. The previous cable would disconnect and reconnect in 1-2 seconds, and that would occur every few minutes. However, ever since I bought this cable, I have had no issues whatsoever. Connection has stayed constant and the length seems excellent for larger playspaces, which mine sadly isn't.
The only drawback to this cable would be the thickness and weight. It is quite thick and slightly heavier compared to Quest 2 charging cable, and even the longer Quest 1 charging cable. However, the included velcro strap helps a lot in decreasing the feel of cable in terms of weight, and while you play you won't really notice the thickness anyway.
