I am returning this item. The website description says the LED charging lights turn off after 20 seconds of charging so as to not disturb sleep. They do not. The lights remain on for as long as the device is charging. This is from the description -
ã€Charging Indicating】 LED lights on the base gives a clear charging indication for 20 seconds and then goes off (so that it will not disturb your sleep).
This is a follow up to the 1 star review I posted on 11/18/21.
Phone - Samsung Galaxy S10e Watch - Samsung Galaxy Watch 4
Intoval reached out to me and offered to send a replacement. They said I was mistakenly sent an older model. The new model appeared identical, but the LED charging lights worked as advertised (turned off after a few seconds of charging). The new charger worked fine if the watch and phone were charged separately. But when they were charged together, the phone would charge continuously while the watch would frequently stop and restart charging. It was placed securely on the charger and was not overheating. The watch eventually reached 86%, but stopped charging and would not fully charge. Similar results after several attempts. 5 stars for customer service, but still 1 star for the product.
This is a 2nd update to my original 11/18/21 review. This is the 2nd replacement Intoval has sent me. They reached out to me and replaced the first unit because the charge LED's remained on continuously during charging instead of turning off after a few seconds. They replaced the 2nd charger because it would not fully charge the watch if both watch and phone were charged simultaneously. They replaced that unit with this one (3rd charger. Original plus 2 replacements). During this time , they were proactive in email exchanges sending replacements at no cost to me and no request to return the previous chargers. This unit has been updated to include a magnet in the watch charging base which insures the watch has a continuously secure connection. After using it for several days now, I can say it works perfectly in charging my watch and phone simultaneously. Customer service rating remains at 5 stars. And now the charger earns 5 stars as well.

Charges Samsung Galaxy S21+ and Samsung Watch 4 (40mm size)

This product worked for what I intended.
I don't have wireless charging earbuds so unfortunately could test that.
I wanted a place where I could place/see my phone if I got notifications and charge it at the same time. The watch charging location is okay, as I don't necessarily need to see it unless I'm going to wear it. I'll leave it on the charging block till then. Charging rate wise, my S21+ charges at a normal rate, definitely not as fast as it's OEM brick 25W super fast version, but wireless is wireless.
Do note that the wireless charger does need itself to be constantly plugged in, and it's just finding the best place to put it so that it's not in the way. I'm using the brick that it came with and so far no issues here.
When I place my phone / watch on the charging dock, there is a green light indicator that lights up to show that it is charging. However about 20 seconds of lighting up, it will go away, but my phone / watch will still be charging... Not sure if that's the intent. I've removed and placed it on the dock multiple times but the light will never stay on throughout the charging session. I don't mind it though, because I wouldn't want a green light hosting in my eyes while I'm sleeping.
As for charging speed on my watch, I'd say it'll take around the same time as my OEM watch magnetic wireless charger. It fits get a bit warm when it's charging, but not overly hot that it stops the wireless charging. I know some reviews say to make sure the watch is properly sitting on the dock and not slightly off centered. There was a time when I tried to charge it when it was at 5% battery left. I left the watch on the dock at night before going to bed, saw my watch indicate it was charging but in the morning it was sitting at around 25-26%. I wasnt sure what was going on, but I took it off the dock, waited about 5 mins, then threw it back on and it started charging normally again. Never happened again since, but it could've been me not playing it directly in the middle of the dock for the watch. Also the dock for the watch isn't magnetic like the OEMs, so you really need to make sure it's sitting on there.
Overall, I'd say it's worthwhile and I would recommend it to others. It's not exactly travel friendly since it's not a foldable design, but the material is solid and quite sturdy.

Pros: To date , the charger has been working excellent. In all transparency, it has exceeded my expectations because I have been looking for a reliable 3-1 charger for my Samsung Note, Watch and Ear buds.
Every device charges simultaneously, with a light indicating when it's aligned and charging (watch especially).
The design is compact and perfect, keeping each device from interfering with the other. This is important to me because I have a great flat 3 in 1 charging station, but the location of the watch charging port is in a bad location as the wire of the charger interferes with Samsung watch wristband, it's annoying and sometimes doesn't charge because of it.
Cons: The price. It's a bit on the higher end for my budget, mid $30's. I would buy another immediately, if less expensive , in turn I'll wait until it goes on sale in order to replace my bedroom charging station , the flat one :-( . I do recommend this charger to others based on my current experience with it.
I'm not sure about everyone else, but I feel like most chargers I have bought before do not charge as steady and consistently as they advertise, resulting in returns or stuck with them. That said, I've only had this charger for a few weeks, I'll be sure yo provide an update to this review in a few months .

A great charger for your Samsung devices!

Charges my Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Buds+, and Galaxy Note Ultra quickly without overheating any of the aforementioned items. I've also tested it with my iPhone XS Max with a partial aluminum case. It didn't charge as fast, but this case is thick.
As with any wireless charging, any metal (iron or steel) will destroy the charger! If you have any metal ring, magnetic mounts, or other metallic parts, don't wireless charge. Thicker cases can slow charging down. I have a Spigen case on my Note 20 and its perfect for charging.
I tested the phone charging time with an Anker dual coil charging stand and found the Anker to be slower. I tested both with the power supplies swapped and got the same results.
With this unit, I've charged my Note 20 Ultra from 50% to 100% in about an hour. The only faster charging was plugging in the phone directly to any of the chargers which results in a 30 minutes charge time.
For traveling, its not bad though a bit bulky. To that extent, however, its better than bringing a ton of chargers and cords and charging everything sprawled out on a desk or nightstand. This helps prevent leaving anything behind. I didn't buy it to travel with, rather to clean up my nightstand.
It appears to be well built. For any electronic device, there is a failure rate, as you can see by other reviews, but it appears this company cares a lot and tries to correct any issues.
The only downside is the three lights that let's you know the devices are charging.
Once the devices get to 100% the charger turns that devices charging off. It then checks the device off and on to ensure the battery stays topped off while it docked. Most often the phone.
I found the green lights kind of bright, so when they turn off then back on later it can be annoying. I solved this little problem with some window cling tint. (Leftover from a temporary tint job) so now they're bright enough to see when the room is lit, but not so bright its bothersome at night.
Red LEDs, while overly common, are used due to the show light wavelength and would have been fine here as the green can light up a portion of the room. Not bad enough to knock the product.
Maybe add an option to dim or turn off the charging indicators?
I do not recommend this for Apple centric people due to its inability to charge an Apple Watch. No slams on Apple here, I just find it pointless to sped $60 on a complete charger and you can't use one of the charging options.
