This garment rack is beautiful! The other pro is that it is from a small business which I am overjoyed to support even without knowing it! The kind of package with a note from the owners always gives me a happy smile when opening a package and I know they did the same when I ordered from them!

The only con to it was the hex wrench that was provided was not able to be used with any of the screws provided. We were able to do most of it by hand and then had to drill the screws into the wood. Unfortunately there was no holes in the wood already so we just drilled them in ourselves. It is a little crooked (the screws) because it's hard to get your hand in there to drill it but you can't even notice that by looking at it! The screws are underneath so that's just me being picky.

Other than that, it is SUPER sturdy! It is also a great size and honestly looks like it could belong in a cute boutique! I needed some extra space to hang clothes since I have an overflow right now, but this was the best thing I could've bought! Very pleased with my purchase.

Also I saw someone else complain that there was no instructions, but mine came with it. Also make sure you don't attempt to throw the screws/hardware away. My mom has bad eyes and almost threw it away while she was taking off the packaging, but we found it!

Overall, incredible product and very pleased to own it!

I have a mini boutique in my booth and this clothing rack holds a lot of clothes! I researched a lot trying to find something that would look profesional and not just a common closet rack. I love how it looks! My customers love it too and I have more sales because the boutique look! Super worthy!

I absolutely love this. It's beautiful, definitely worth the price. Came with little to no damage. Was packaged well. Only downside is the assembly process. Instructions it came with were crap, like other reviews stated. Also, the shelves do not have any predrilled hole. Which was annoying and ended up with having uneven shelves because, I'm not savvy at building stuff.
I think for the price, they easily could've put pre drilled holes in or at least some sort of marker for where to put the holes.
Aside from that, I love it. The mess up that the lack of predrilled holes caused ended up not being a big deal, just annoying. Especially, if it would end up causing issues with the placement of it (or had it been messed up worse).
It works perfect for what I needed it for!

Very nice! A little wobbly, but not by much.
I wish it was designed to allow for the shelves to go on top and not the middle. I needed a top shelf for my bags and bins. I ended up making it so that the shelves go on top. This made it so I didn't need 2 bars. Hopefully, the racks won't fall because of this, they feel pretty sturdy though and they are against the wall. I bought 2 so I could evenly distribute all of my clothes. The one in the middle is a different style for my longer dresses and tops.

Nice looking, and seems pretty sturdy too. These also come with both feet AND wheels, so you can choose (and swap out later if desired). Very happy with this purchase - I didn't expect it to be this good given how inexpensive it was!
