I've used the FM modulators before along with tape to aux input and a adapter for cd changer input to phone. The Fidelity on this is the best between all of those except a slight his when music track is quiet. It auto pairs with my phone almost all the time. Of course the biggest thing is to find a frequency that is not used in your area and will not interfere. This becomes a problem when on road trips passing through different areas you will have to change frequencies due to interference. You do you have to remember to unplug it if your power port stay on after shutting the vehicle off. Overall the best option for connecting phone to older car audio.

I bought this product because I used to have a scosche bluetooth adapter many years ago and I never forgot how well it worked so I bought another one. I use it on trips with my roommate and it's very nice. If you want a quality bluetooth adapter buy a scosche you will not regret it.
