I purchased this item and after not even having it a year one of the mics no longer stay turned on. As soon as I power it up and turns right back off. I have tried resetting it and I have recharged it and still the product does not stay turn on. Amazon cant help they give you a link for Bietrun but you are still unable to get someone or message someone.
The seller reached out to me thru Emil via Amazon and wanted to make my experience exceptional even tho it was out of the warranty period they offered to send me knew product and they did just that.
