I bought this projector to put into a media room to project movies and games. The picture quality (1080p) is fantastic, but you need a screen or wall that is black or white to get great picture. Also the sound of the movies go through the projector however you can set up a speaker system through it to improve that. The projector will need some type of stand or something as well to balance it because it's not included in purchase. Overall great purchase for what I got.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this projector after watching video reviews online, which were very positive for this model. I was skeptical of it considering the cost, but I wasn't looking for a high end projector, i was just looking for a low end budget projector essentially a disposable projector that i would be using a hand full of times. I would never consider this for my primary home tv replacement. This projector succeeds with these expectations.
I bought this projector for an upcoming car camping trip, so my nephews could play video games and watch movies while at the campsite at night. Basically complete darkness so brightness wasn't as much of a concern. When it arrived I tested this first in my back yard, and also inside my house. The video is from within my house during daytime, so you can get a view of how it is during the day vs darkness which is what all the rest of the videos on other reviews show, playing via hdmi. I also did a test run hooked it up to a Nintendo switch console and powered it with a portable power station ( the projector draws approximately 58 watts by the way). I used the wireless airplay feature from my ipad to play a movie i had downloaded, which worked ok using the plex app. Though plex did crash initially, not sure if thats a problem with plex or the projector.
When the day for my camping trip came, I was hoping really hoping that we would be the campsite that everyone envied. The projector did not disppoint, You could definitely see the jealousy in the other campers eyes when i took this baby out and we started playing smash. For a brief moment we were the kings of the park, it worked great for our camping trip. The video quality for the price is decent, and the included screen makes it so you dont have to buy another accessory.

It comes with a remote but the projector itself must be connected at all times to a power cord. I assumed from the pics that this thing was charged up and could then go with me anywhere to watch where I wanted cord free. Not so. Your phone or tablet can be used via the wifi but you have to have an outlet close by. The seller reached out to help me in every way they could but for my needs we decided on a refund. I'm disappointed because the picture and sound quality is great. The idea itself is really a unique way to watch movies and netflix on the big screen. And it's a cost effective way to watch things at home other than a fancy heavy tv.

Easy to use, good picture quality I can see a lot of detail. Been using it for a month and it's still working great after dropping it a couple of times. The remote was pretty handy as well.

I have purchased two projectors now in this price range. I have come to the conclusion, and I know it is obvious, that you get what you pay for. :) Both are subpar as far as optics and clarity. They are good though in a dark room to watch movies. When watching a movie you won't notice the focus issues so much at all. So if that is all you need this is a good projector. I gave it 4 stars because I think the manufacturer or seller should be a little more forthcoming with their specs and how those specs actually translate into the product's real-world performance.

1.) Cheap and very portable
2.) Good connection options for video and audio
3.) Great for just watching movies in a dark room
4.) Decent Build Quality and seems to run well and keeps cool even after hours of use

Cons

1.) Focus - you can't get the whole screen to focus - If you focus the bottom area the top gets out of focus etc. etc.
2.) Not good at all if you need to read the text - I can barely read the text on windows or streaming apps. very blurry.

Overall, for the money, not a bad inexpensive option for a movie night at home. I have mine setup above my headboard above my bed. I have a huge cloth screen I rigged up with ceiling hooks I dropdown when needed. We have cinema in bed nights with the kids which is really fun and cozy.
