I was looking for a bed that was enticing and could accommodate all three dogs. This bed is HUGE! My Golden Retriever is 80- something pounds. My other boy is over 100 pounds. They both fit while still leaving space for the little girl who's around 25 pds.
I love that the cover is removable and the foam is fairly sturdy. My one request would be a waterproof cover for the foam insert.
Highly recommend for large breeds or multiple dog households.

This was the second bed that I bought for my senior dog after she could no longer jump up on the sofa. Of course she liked the first one but after about three washings it was in sad shape. So I ordered this orthopedic bed for her. She went for it immediately! She loved rolling around in it and slept very well.
The problems with soiling the bed became increasingly worse (both urine and feces) as she got closer to the end of her life.
The bottom line is that I had to wash this bed almost every other day the last month or so. It is very well designed with an eggshell foam mattress insert that has its own moisture resistant cover that unzips and allows you to clean that separately. The outer part of the bed also has a zipper so that you can remove the foam mattress and wash the bed/bolster part. Both of the covers were easily washed in my front load washing machine and dryed in the dryer. Once you put it all back together it looks brand new again. I had this about 3 and a half months and it was as good as the day I got it despite many washings. No lumps or bunching. It served her until her last moments and I would highly recommend it.

I retract my last review - I just needed to be a bit more patient after opening. The foam will eventually conform to the fit of the bed. Both of my cats love it!!!
I purchase the same bed, from the same seller on 2 separate occasions. The first bed was so great, that I decided to get a 2nd for my other cat. Well, the 2nd bed I purchased is no where the same quality as the first. It is flimsy and certain sections of the bed is missing the foam part. I will be returning this one, unfortunately.

This bed is super soft and very thick! It's top notch and hasn't flattened at all. Out of the vacuum seal is was very quick to fluff and get its shape. We got it for our pup who is expected to get pretty big. First day we got it, we had an accident. Using fabric pet cleaner about 5 minutes afterwards, it was an easy clean up! It doesn't retain much day to day smell, but it does retain a bit of "accident" smells, but it's shockingly mild (you almost need to put your face in it) so it FAR exceeds my expectation; but I'm very sensitive to smell. I will say, it's durable- but if you have a burrowing, teething, anxious, or bored pup definitely keep an eye on the interior corner seams. We have a shelter pup w/ a lot of anxiety and she's teething (super chewer) so that could cause some loose strands. But so far- every other pet bed I've had is FAR BELOW this high bar!
