I'm a licensed general contractor. I've been a contractor since1987 in SoCal for a lot of years doing all types of construction work. Ive used many brands of tools and when working building and remodeling custom homes you need a versatile hammer to be light to work with and heavy enough to do demo, as well as drive in a few nails here and there to get the job done. Ive spent anywhere from 40 bucks up to 200 bucks on a good quality well balanced hammer. This hammer surprised me.it checks all the boxes for me. Ive never been happier as far as these types of tools go. I highly recommend this tool to get the job done.

Haven't got a chance to use it yet. (Further reviews pendig.) Really well built and balanced. I'm a lifetime Estwig fan but thought I would try this one. I have over 20 hammers and am well used to using them. This one already has its place among the blue ones. I go back to work in two days and it will get it's qualification workout. I may flatten the face with a file. It's a little rounded. Already thinking about the 22oz.
