Great jewelry rack but needs some adjustments

I got this cuz I lost my rack in my move. I love the look of it. Goes perfect with my decor. 2 things I'd say need improvement.
1) the earring holder parts are just a little too close to get her and the earrings end up on top of each other and I don't get to use all the spaces.
2) the necklace holder part will swivel in randomly I think it has to do with weight distribution but even after messing with it a few times it still did it without anything on it. Idk maybe user error and I didn't do it right? Either way it still works great.

I love this organizer. I use my jewelry so much more now and it's a beautiful display. I don't really have a huge issue of the necklace racks falling inward. They seem to stay in place pretty well. But a major design flaw was the mounting process. The hook hole thing to hang it on some nails is not it. It all leans forward and the bottom hits the wall. Not the right mounting for this item. So I just drilled two holes threw and screwed it into the wall and that worked just fine. Easy fix.
