This tahini is delicious and much more liquid than others (which are the consistency of peanut butter), so it's not only tasty but very easy to use. It's America's Test Kitchen's first choice, and now mine, though I also highly recommend the Soom Tahini you can also buy on Amazon.

Update:

When the price on this went up to about $27 in 2022, I changed brands. Soom brand is just as good. I'm not going to be buying this again until the price drops back to something more reasonable. And I may just stay with Soom now. It's the same kind of liquidy tahini and just as tasty.
