I actually wear this as sort of a tunic. I'm 5'2", 200 lbs with a lot of hip and a 48" bust and I want cool, unconstricting clothing for summer. I bought a XXL and love the way it fits. On me, the sleeves cover my upper arms and when I snap just the top snap the cloth flares in a flattering way and comes down just below my knees. I wear a camisole underneath it with pants and feel nicely dressed and comfortable.
The tag on mine says it's 95% cotton and 5% polyester, but it has the softness and movement of rayon, one of my favorite fabrics. I like the snaps and love the pockets, which are deep enough to hold a phone. If you find a fabric pattern you like, get it!

There was a time, log ago when women wore dress all the time. I not talking about the go to church dress or the companies coming over dress. This dress is that dress. It is very much the hot summer, no air conditioning, clean the house, sit on the back porch dress Grandmother wore. The snaps are sturdy metal with color matching plastic covers. Stains wash out nicely. There is no stretch to the material, so if your arm are like mine and have a little extra weight and wiggle don't put it in dryer and only wash in cold water.
