I thought the hardware was fine. The mounting holes did not match my 40 year old door (not unexpected) so had to rework for that issue. These hinges are thicker. The only real issue was that the lift cable was too short for my 7' door. I have 23" springs. The spring side pully is 5 feet from the jamb so I need at least 11' long. The ones included are only 9.5 feet. 7/6/23 I figured out that the cable is for use with torsion springs.
Having the lower bracket also would have been nice. Especially if it had the 90 degree lip that goes under the door. We have very heavy doors here so pulling from the bottom would be better than just side gripping.
One other thing is the carriage bolt in the top roller assembly is too small for the slot. The bolt will turn when you tighten the nut. The bolt looks to be 5mm with the slot being 8mm (1/4"). Had to get other bolts.
