I use it on perch and walleye. Not too thick. A little crunchy. I use bush latte. Great flavor. If you open 2 cans of beer for a 1/2 bag, the chef will get to drink while they cook!

I added just a little Old Bay because Maryland, but there's so little prep compared to the final product you'd think I has done this hundreds of times!
