I like that this classic toy is re-issued under California Creations. I really didn't buy it for constantly playing with because I just like that it reminds me of my youth in the 1970's. A childhood friend had an original one that I used to play with and I remember how much abuse and punishment that toy went through! So, for me, it's mainly for display. Don't get me wrong it does work and it's playable. I guess I'm lucky that the motorcycle didn't come broken, the energizer didn't turn out to be defective or missing any parts. The Evel Knievel action figure looks just like the original along with its helmet, although I do remember that the quality of the original costume was much more nicer if I'm not mistaken. Other reviewers say that it's not as sturdy as the original one, but again for me, it's mainly for display.
