Worth every penny! This is a well respected brand. We ordered one from Home Depot that was non-returnable. I measured wrong :( so we were stuck with that door. I searched how to measure and the video I found was by this company. Home Depot's doors were back-ordered, so I paid an extra $100 for this door. It came quickly and we had it professionally installed. All our pups - 10# to 60# fit easily. It took the dogs a couple days but now they're all old pros!

Pilot Logistics delivered the screen door by truck and the packaging was in perfect shape. The driver was very professional and delivered the door into our garage. Pilot really did a nice job considering the size and shape of the delivery.
The packaging overall was fantastic, there was and outer box that had 8 straps securing it and a sturdy inner product box. Everything was opened and inspected and the condition was perfect.
The door is very easy to hang, one person can do it in a couple hours at a casual pace. I would have given it 5 stars but all the Philips head fasteners were soft. It didn't take very much to strip the heads and I was very careful. Learned after the first screw and didn't have any further problems. Placed the screen on the top, it's very easy to change the configuration so the dogs can't jump on the door and rip the screen.
All the required hardware came with the door and the pups are already enjoying the freedom. Overall very pleased with the purchase, we will see how the door holds up.
