These are really good, I like them a lot. The only problem I have is sort of a good problem to have and that is that I normally do not tolerate caffeine well....makes me jittery yet I do like the energy from it. That being said I can't quite figure these out they definitely wake me up more so than had I not had them but they also don't give the jitteriness which I am used to. I find myself having gone from having one to three a day since I received the 12 pack and that's not sustainable given the price :) That being said I am delighted that these give a boost but also happily confused that they seem to give slightly less than I am looking for granted also appreciative of the lack of jitters! Do what you will with that :) For someone who is avoiding gluten and dairy I really like these and think they taste good and appreciate as a treat while bot going to Starbucks as much these pandemic days.
