I absolutely recommend this casting kit!! It was SUPER EASY! It only required my daughter's attention for 3 minutes and she wasn't bothered by it at all (just a little wiggly, but you can't even tell!) I was nervous for how it would turn out because when we pulled her hand out I could see she had been against the side of the cup and she brought some of the rubber with her"¦ but we were SHOCKED when we pulled it out of the molding!! It looks amazing. I didn't want to detail it too much because I didn't want to accidentally mess it up, but I could have perhaps cleaned it up a bit more. There was enough molding for 2 events, so I think we will try her foot next! It was super easy to pull her hand out and to remove the excess material from her hand afterward. 10/10 recommend!

I failed the 1st time I tried on baby's foot. 2nd time was good. 3rd try would have been perfect but I ran out of supplies. It wasn't too bad just some minor mess. The main issue we had was how fast the 1st step solidified and made the 1st try garbage. Couldn't even get foot in on time before it was too late. Expecting it 2nd time we did a much better job and realized once u get the process, it's not so bad. Wanted to try again and just needed the step 1 bag but didn't want to spend more. Wish they had some extras or a small sample trial packet first before actual casting sets.

The refills don't come with clear instructions at all (they're assuming you have the og box/package) just how much water to add to each. But they work great, I didn't think to look up the instructions online until after using the first of two we bought. I didn't wait for it to start looking color, so baby was not happy sitting with his foot in a Tupperware for longer than needed. Be carefull casting the stone toom especially for hands, if baby's fingers are folded into a fist it's hard to not have a gap even with my turning and burping the cup while pouring. Also both powders are very lightweight, so they kick up while you're pouring. So beware that when you do it. These are still my favorite casting items, I love that the color changing aspect too

I followed the instructions and the statues turned out almost perfect (except for the first one)
I wish they have different size of molding mix for feet and hands as their current mix is not enough to cover my son's whole feet but is too much for his hands. The box came with the box is only slightly longer and deeper than than my son's feet so it was not easy to not touch the box.
He's almost 9 months old and height /weight are 99 + percentile though.
I'm debating between buying more from this brand or go to a different brand.
