Item took about two weeks to arrive. It came packaged in a plastic wrapper. That's it. No box, no polishing cloth.
It was a Christmas gift to my daughter so was disappointed there was no box especially since I also bought other cheaper off brand bracelets and they all came with gift boxes.
That said, I find the bracelet to be small. While it is adjustable, the wider you adjust, the less attractive it looks.
4 stars across the board , and having owned several A&A pieces, despite what they claim, their gold colored bracelets do become tarnished, so disappointed no polishing cloth included as well.
