Gives me a deeper and longer sleep

Being 65 I wake a few times a night for the bathroom. These help me fall back to sleep faster. I get a deeper sleep and wake well rested. I also sleep longer. Used to wake around 3 to 4am. Now sleeping until 5 to 6am of good sound sleep. I have also noticed because of better sleep my mood is better during the day. I have just a slight "head" in the morning but that wears off quickly. This does not have an antihistamine in it so not too bad of a morning head.
Hard to judge on reviews - reasoning is that everyone's body chemistry is different so what may work for one person may not work for someone else. For the money try them. But again I would not get the ones with an antihistamine in it as they will give you a head in the morning.
Note: The pills are individually packed. It may look as though there are different pills in the clear package but they are all the same. They have a different color on each side so it depends how they lay in the package may make you think there are two different kinds but they are the same.
