Our grandson loves his new scooter. It is well made and the lights are pretty cool. A great Amazon buy.

I got this for my 8 year old granddaughter. She is a little short for her age. She likes it very well and it seems sturdy enough for her. However, I would not recommend it for any child older than 7. We have the handle extended as high as it will go and it barely fits her. Other than that, she loves the lights and is very happy with it.

Update - customer service contacted me regarding the scooter issues I was having and they very kindly and efficiently fixed the issue by sending a replacement scooter for my grandchildren. New scooter works great and grandkids are happy again.
Bought 3 of these and all 3 fell apart soon after young children ages 4 to 7 started using them. When first out of the box they looked good and seemed sturdy, that was short lived. Returning all of them.

Looks exactly like the picture. Easy to assemble, aside from two parts,and reason why I didn't give 5 stars...there's a bar you use (you pull it upwards) to open and close the scooter. Makes it great to store or carry. However, my daughter who's 7yrs old, struggles with it, as do I. Sometimes it's easy and smooth to pull up. Other times it takes multiple attempts. However, its nowhere near a deal breaker. We just keep it open and lean it over to store it. The other issue her dad had to fix, and may have just been a fluke. Idk. The wheel/handle bar were not aligned, and a tad crooked. Just barely,but did make a difference in riding and needed fixed. I don't know how he fixed it, but I do know it involved a screwdriver lol. We tried just using strength, but it was well put together, it wasn't budging. Typically you can just use your feet to hold the front wheel, then turn handle bars to get everything aligned/straight, but not this one. It only took him 5mins though, and it was fixed. So again, not a deal breaker compared to the positives and the amazing price. Everything else is perfect and the best scooter she's had.The wheels are large compared to a standard scooter, which was a great surprise, and make the ride much more smooth. You have the ability to go over things that smaller wheels can't. This scooter glides over things. It's a much better ride in every way to average scooters. The wheels also light up which is a cool feature. Break works good. The colors on scooter are like photo. Adjusts up to a good height.I'm 5ft tall,and I love it. My daughter is barely 7, and loves it. It can go short enough for maybe even a 4yr old but it's a bit bulky/heavy for that age. I think age 6 to14 would be best. The base of the scooter is grippy so there's great traction for any shoe,and handle bar pads are good quality compared to any other scooter we've had. With the price of this scooter, I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. I've never written a review before this, but this scooter has all the neighbor kids wanting one, my daughter very happy, and me riding it through the house when I go to put it away lol.
