Fits perfectly

I have a vehicle, which finding after market parts for, is almost impossible. In addition, most of the boxes got bad reviews because of weather elements being able to get in, one way or another. I was almost at my wits end until I looked up the best truck boxes for "˜23 and this box was number 2, in Popular Mechanics. I knew the absolute length and didn't mind so much about the other dimensions (within reason). This box fits perfectly in the trunk. I like the easy open top, multiple keys and the overhang, on the top, to prevent water from getting in. I drilled 2 wholes, in the bottom and bolted the box to the bed. Now, I don't try to jam in everything into my truck, while carrying 4 people. My tools and emergency supplies go right into the truck box! I'd definitely recommend this box.
Surprisingly good

I bought this to put on Bedslide under a Tonneau cover to store a few tools and off-road recovery items.
The box appears to be built well and rather sturdy. Heavy enough to withstand the occasional bump or so but not so heavy that it isn't easy to move.
The gas shocks were too well. When you open it"¦it launches that lid quickly! Open carefully.
I would buy again and Recommend it.

Very light duty

Light duty. 6- bolts in the bottom and still flimsy. Put it in a GMC Canyon. Really needs to be 44" and Taller for my Canyon and ordered a new one on its way. I'm going to put this on on the front of my ATV trailer.
Tool box for trailer.

It looks good, not a very strong box, but will meet my needs. It came without keys and the paint chipped when I tried a test fit on my trailer. The key is a small problem and I will repaint it with truck bed protector.
Good box ... 90% chance of receiving damaged
Jeff Lines✓ Verified Purchase•August 22, 2023
The box looks good and will meet the purpose I purchased it for. Overall, I would have given this a five star review except as so many others have mentioned, you will most likely receive it damaged ... which is a shame because it would take very little to provide adequate packaging to protect this. It seems the corners of the lid are particularly vulnerable. In my case, it is damaged in a manner that it can not be straightened ... but it doesn't seem to interfere with opening or closing the lid so I'm going to let it go.
Other than that, this is my impression keeping in mind I have not actually put it to use yet. The latch appears to work well and the shocks on the lid keep it open. Basically, it opens and closes the way i would expect and the hardware is high enough quality that I'm satisfied with it. I'm intestested to see how well the weather stripping works since it seems a bit sparse. Overall, I would recommend it from a value perspective ... just expect to receive it damaged.
