Didn't even last a year

The machine is losing air out of the nipple that the cuff attaches to and nothing seems to fix it. This machine has only been used gently every couple weeks, would not recommend.
Edit: Changed rating to 4 stars as they issued me a new unit free of charge. Thanks for the customer service.

Great customer service for a great blood pressure monitor

I was very pleased with this monitor. The hum, when in operation, was a little less annoying than my other monitor, but not totally quiet. The cuff was very well made, but was too large and therefore cumbersome. Based on what another reviewer noted, I called customer service and without hesitation they offered to send me a smaller cuff. It was quickly mailed priority mail.

UPDATE: Previously I gave one star due to the issues below. I have upgraded to 4 stars now due to the response I received from customer service and they have sent a new replacement. Also the company has went above and beyond by contacting me as well. There overall response was slow but I rate it 5 stars. These days I do try to use customer service in my buying decisions as nothing is more frustrating than having a problem and absolutely no response from the company. That seems to be happening more and more these days. So I applaud the company for following through.
It's totally useless when systolic reading are off by 7 to 38 points. Can't trust your readings with this. Tested at doctors and with my Omron that I've had for 20 years and is still accurate!! I bought this for the digital function to able to send results to my doctor. It's cheaply made. After 4 months and just me using it the face is badly scratched, another indication that quality is not their thing. Called the company and the only thing they would do is send another cuff which isn't at all like the original cuff. It's made of the cheapest vinyl and still have bad readings. So now I'm buying an A&D unit which is certified.

A little challenging to connect Wifi

I bought this for my 90 year old Dad. In terms of the cuff itself, it works really well. I appreciate the large screen, it makes it easy for him to read. The Velcro on the cuff is REALLY strong so he needed some help getting it on and off the first couple of times.
Cons: You have to hit the START button and then it wants you to confirm if it's User A or B. You then hit START button to confirm the user. Then you hit the START button a third time and the cuff will start to fill with air.
It was challenging to connect the WiFi to the app I downloaded to my phone. The instructions didn't match the actual things you needed to do. Fortunately, there is a customer service number you can call and she walked me right thru the steps with no problem. She was immediately prepared to help resolve the issue as if she receives this call ALL the time. 🥴

Struggling with cuff maybe too big. Also position change maybe making it more accrate.

Struggling with cuff maybe too big. Also position change maybe making it more accurate. Took away a couple of drugs so trying to track the changes that happen. So far the cuff one seems to be reading about 5 to 10 points higher mostly for the diastolic. I'm using a wrist type to compare against. This one has been brought into the doctor to be checked against their readings and found to be very good. I've moved the cuff so the red line is more to the side of the arm and it seems to agree better with the wrist reader now though readings on both are high sometimes, like this morning around 9am, 160/94 80 for cuff with wrist one just a tad higher for systolic 167/92 80. Seems time of day affects it some with evening being better in general. Took one last night at 8:55 and the reading was almost normal for me, 143/85 88 though this would be classified as high. I did stumble across the little email symbol to send a cvs file to email. I'm going to use OpenOffice to read it in and see what type of reports I can get.
So still up in the air some so will keep playing with it to make sure the new cuff is almost the same as the older wrist one. Eventually I'll take the whole mess to the doctor to have the new cuff one checked against their readings. Maybe if I try to get a medium cuff it might help as the one I have now which is large seems to be hard to fit on arm. I notice some people mentioned getting the smaller one to improve their readings.
