OK guys hello! And welcome to my review!
I will inform you that I purchased a white set 18 piece block and upon arrival it was like any other Amazon package. I read the reviews and was quite amazed at some reactions. I have only owned them for 3 weeks so far, no I have not ridden over them, jumped on them or thrown them off the roof and had them break.....
I unpacked them and the block from the boxes and the knives were sharp enough to cut my arm hair with just grazing them. That was a pretty good start.
The block itself is very smooth, nice wood cuts. Love the finish on it and fits on the counter with finesse.
Once I set the block up I was eager to try out the knives. The ergonomics of the these knives are great, they fit well. Smooth, not bulky, and easy to adhere to. Tried the 🅠test with the chef knife and it passed, the paper test needed some more testing but they are great.
I have used the slicing knife for chicken and brisket, I have used the chef knife for all my general slicing, steak knives for steak and they are all.performing above the expectation for the price!.
This set is a must have for your kitchen, seriously authentically pleasing, comfortable, and great to use.
One con is they shouldn't go into the dishwasher and that they have to be cleaned and dried. They shouldn't be left in the sink for too long.
So overall I would recommend these knives to intermediate/ expert level cooks just for daily house hold cooking and outings. Though you do need to sharpen them after a week of use. Easy to sharpen though. They recommend a whet stone from their shop, but the rod works fine.

These are amazing knives! We bought a single knife a few years ago & loved it so much we bought our new set in same style. They are perfect weight - not too heavy but sturdy.
