I bought this to wear post DIEP flap breast reconstruction. It's great for the 4 drains I will Have and I love the pretty fabric. I do wish it would have another button option to provide a little more overlap for privacy. I also would like a true medium. The small I already had is too small and the medium large that I ordered is rather large, but it will work for keeping me covered- just definitely not as flattering as the model in the picture.

It's a pretty robe, however, if you are hot or live in a warm climate, you may find this robe too hot to wear. Also- I definitely recommend ordering 1 Size up. The friend who received this robe usually wears a xxl , but the xxl was a bit snug on her.
Not good for double mastectomy

The quality is great. It was actually quite heavy. The front has limited options for closing though. It has a little tie and two buttons, but with my breasts gone, the front of the robe just doesn't wrap over itself enough. I'm constantly making sure my incisions are showing from the top of the robe. A traditional robe allows for the wearer to wrap the front over tightly if wanted, this just fastens right in the front with no options. Maybe if I had ordered a size smaller, but it does fit well in the shoulders. Can definitely use over pjs but not if naked.
