I returned the original and received the replacement. I was able to assemble the replacement handle though I still had difficulty tightening the telescoping handle. I've increased the rating to three overall. Of special note: The seller contacted me due to the original review I posted. I appreciate that proactiveness and got the impression they would have worked with me to get an acceptable product. Since I had already turned the original and was waiting for a replacement from Amazon, I didn't think anything else was necessary.

I was really hoping this would work but the build quality just isn't there. First, the black top is too tight to slide over the handle. I never got in on far enough to engage the buttons. Second, the black handle grip is too loose in one spot and too tight in the other. See my video for details. (Apologies for the video quality. I was trying to record with one hand while holding the handle.)

The inside windshield of my car gets so dirty living close to the ocean. This product totally fixes my problem. I just keep it under my seat, when I notice the windshield get dirty I have it at the ready. It comes with an empty spray bottle not sure what I'm supposed to do with that, I guess put cleaner in it but the microfiber cloth works without any spray.

This product does what it says. Just took a vacation out west and windows would get dirty inside and out. The extension makes it very easy to clean the inside of the windshield. I would clean inside and then clean the outside and I could do the outside without leaning on the car. The extension would help me reach all of the windshield. I bought 2 more for family members.
