I tried three different Green Tea blends. This one was the smallest container and the most money. But "Less is More" It's important to use just a 1/2 a TEAspoon.
But the taste is sublime. It's bright green, fresh tasting, while the others were varying degrees of dull green and flat tasting..

I like to make a Mocha out of it, Coconut milk, etc, or SoyMilk ORGANIC and it (MUST be Organic) ,, most of the soybeans in this country are grown for commercial industry products. So when SoyMilk was popular ( for the last 35 years, that I have been drinking it) I find it more creamy that the other milks. SOY MILK has Phytoestrogens .. (more on that in a sec.)

Think about it, We should Ban ALMOND MILK , 1.1 gallon of water for each almond.. THAT"S OBSCENE!

The Soy industry decided to cash in on it. Sending out Sugared Soy milk....then someone started saying it had estrogen in it,... which NON_ORGANIC DOES HAVE. Chemical Estrogen....
ORGANIC has Phytoestrogen in it........... isoflavones , two one is genistein and daidzein. They act like estrogen ,which for women who lose estrogen every year as they age (open to bone fractures, heart disease, and "hot flashes" Help a great deal on blocking all the ubiquitous chemicals in our lives: gasoline, paint, new car smell, cleaning products, and Teflon products, ( Watch Netflix: "Dark Waters" movie. )

As we age we leave RECEPTOR SITES open to receive MAN MADE ESTROGEN , made with chemicals to plug up our vacant RECEPTOR SITES and that's what causes some kinds of cancer (pure and simple) Almost all made made chemicals look like estrogen to women's bodies and we just suck it in..

SOLUTION...... BEAT it to the punch, with plants that have Phyto (Plant based estrogen) It fits very nicely into our RECEPTOR SITES and blocks the chemicals. Just like plants have NEGATIVE IONS which Counteract the destructive POSITIVE IONS . They also have Antioxidants that fed us needed nutrients.

I'm not a matcha connoisseur by any means, however I really like this. It froths up nice and has a creamy taste, esprit you add a bit of cream. Downside it's a tiny tin of tea for the price. The tea comes in a sealed bag which doesn't transfer well to the tin, so spillage occurs. In all it's good but probably won't repurchase.

I am a caffeine addict with a completely erratic work schedule that runs anywhere from 6 AM to midnight - sometimes both on the same day. I rely way too much on coffee and energy drinks to keep me going, but after the initial caffeine boost, I inevitably I crash an hour or so later. I love matcha, so I gave this a try hoping it would give me a more sustained boost. The caffeine is much lower, so it didn't give me an immediate jolt like other energy drinks, but I also didn't want to take a nap an hour later. I felt like I could concentrate the entire afternoon, too, which is rare because my job usually involves non-stop multi-tasking. I'm not sure if the mushrooms which are sneakily mixed into this really worked as a nootropic, or if it was just placebo effect. I honestly don't care since the end result was the same.

But the best thing about this is it's delicious! I have tried so many supplements which work, but they taste so nasty I can't force myself to choke them down. Even though it has mushrooms in it, this tastes exactly like high-quality matcha - no bitterness or aftertaste. It mixes well and makes a great (dairy-free) latte.

I would give this 4.5 stars if I could because my only minor complaint is the packaging. It does not come with a spoon or scoop to measure it. And the packaging is a bit excessive. It's in a foil pack, which is in a metal tin, which is in a cardboard box. I'd rather skip all the layers and just have one tin or plastic container.

I received this as a promotion, but this is my honest feedback. This is a delicious matcha with a yummy, slightly (but not overwhelmingly) earthy flavor. This provides a very different caffeine effect than coffee or an energy drink- much smoother. It tastes delicious in oat milk iced. That has taken some getting used to, but I've come to like it. I also like the addition of Lion's Mane. I've also found I don't have to mix it with hot water if I use a shaker bottle!

I'm docking a star, however, for packaging. First, it's packaging on packaging. A cardboard box. Then a tin. Then a foil envelope inside the tin. In a time of "less," they chose "more." I appreciate that most of this is is recyclable, but it just seems excessive. And then that foil envelope. Oh, that foil envelope. You have to cut it ope to get the product out. Since the product is so fine, this is not a feat for the faint of heart as this stuff will go EVERYWHERE. I tried to be really careful and I still made a mess. The serving size is 1/2 teaspoon, and I'm sure I lost that trying to transfer the product from the envelope to the tin. I'm sure it's a freshness mechanism, but maybe there is an alternative? I don't want a project when I open my supplements.

Happy to find a matcha mushroom powder without sugar or sweeteners. Tastes great, not bitter at all.
