I updated my review from 3 to 5 stars. At 1st one would not connect (see initial review below). Customerservice was wonderful and immediately went to work to make things right. I absolutely love these intercoms. We have one in each of my kids rooms and one in the main living area so I don't have to yell when I need them. My oldest also takes one with him when he goes over next door to play. Definitely would purchase again.

I had one of the units that would not connect to the others no matter what I tried. Luckily I only really needed 3 so it wasn't a huge deal. I have one it my two older kids rooms and one downstairs in the kitchen so I can make announcements or call them to ask questions it's great. Will have to buy another set once my youngest is older so all 3 have one since the one unit wouldn't connect but it works for now.

Just got the intercoms in and set up today.
Ordered the set of 4 however only 3 fully work, one of them the volume won't go up so I deducted 1 star because I really needed 4 working units but can get by with 3.
OK so far. I ordered to have a way to contact my autistic son to keep him on task since he likes to goof off in the bathroom and bedroom when he should be focusing or trying to get to sleep. I wanted a way to keep from us barging in on him or yelling across the house to stay on task. Hoping this will help.
Will update once it gets enough use.

I had a problem they got back to me and I got a refund. Before the problem they did work the best of all the intercoms I tried. They will be worth another try. I'll follow up.

THE BATTERIES OF 3 OUT OF 4 HANDSETS DID NOT LAST HALF A YEAR! No customer service, they got a page on Facebook. I left a message, with no response. They worked ok, we used them when a meal was ready, maybe twice a day. They had a channel selector that did not work well. So if anyone close was using a wireless device, you got an earful. With the very poor batteries and no support, I would pass. I'll be tossing mine.
