I bought these at Costco and now they no longer carry them. I thought I'd try Amazon and I was so happy to find them.
I'm not a huge cauliflower fan but these are so tasty!
I'm addicted to them because these are dried yet so incredibly crispy like a potato chip. I actually prefer these to potato chips. The sea salt really makes these flavorful and are a great compliment to the snack. I eat them alone or with hummus instead of eating chips.

First spotted these at Costco and when they stopped carrying them, I turned to Amazon. The thing with this is once you start, you can't stop. The price is expensive on Amazon but once your hooked, you're hooked and reeled in despite the cost. Just with any type of chip or anything crunchy, the bag is mostly nitrogen air to keep the the product fresh and super crunchy. I really wish they would lower the price to be able to buy these on the regular, but for now it'll remain as a special once in a while treat.

The cost was exorbinate for a product I have found elsewhere for (after the fact) for a third this order cost. I love this product and missed that for it was a regular size bag. Otherwise I would say this is an awesome option for lower carb and fat but the same crunch as chips
