Good sturdy product. I actually ordered two to put side by side. Please be aware of shipping. Since the box was punctured one of the wood bases was scratched pretty deep, luckily I was able to put that side down facing the floor. Also there is not much in the way of directions but it is pretty straight forward to figure out. Giving 4 stars.

The new clothes rack I received had three insignificant damaged parts. Three metal joints (parts) where the screws go in are bent (see pictures). I cannot screw in the screws for those three joints b/c the joint is bent too far away from the wood. One of those three joints was bent so bad when I tried to bend it back (with very little pressure applied) it broke off. It doesn't matter anyway, since the bent joints are for the bottom "shelf", where nothing is moving there anyway because I am using it for storage. The screws hold tight the upper shelf, no problems on that one.
I sent an email to the company to ask for a partial refund due to the bent parts, and they responded immediately and agreed to my request.
As a separate note it does not come with instructions, but it was fairly easy to assemble.

Awesome product and exactly what I was looking for. About 60 inches long and quite tall. Tall enough to hang all of my items without them touching the floor. Seems sturdy. Very easy to assemble. It says you need two people but I was fine doing it myself on the floor. Great product. Would recommend buying.
