This has work absolute perfectly for my small retail store. We've been using this every day for the last year. We've priced thousands of piece of merchandise. There is no need paying high dollar for another brand that's gonna produce the same results. If you just need a basic price for your merchandise, buy this. Labels are cheap to replace. Ink lasts for a long time before you need to replace. I will repurchase when mine wears out or maybe just for a back up

I don't know why I can't buy one of these cheap tagging guns with bright labels. These white labels with red lines don't show up on anything and I had to spend more money and wait additional time for some orange and green labels. I have tried using the white ones in the past and no one can find them on most items. Just seems like a waste. Give people a selection and see how that goes. I would have paid a bit more to receive labels I can actually use and to have them arrive with the pricing gun.

I'm kicking myself for not getting this a year ago. I frickin love pricing things now - cha ching cha ching with the little machine! It's fun, and easy. I did have to look up a video on how to change out the tape but got it relatively easily. I haven't had to change ink yet. Really, for the price, this is super awesome.
