One of the racks came in slightly bent, but was easy enough to bend back into shape by hand. Not sure how it got bent as none of the packaging showed any signs of damage.
With the bad out of the way - it does exactly what it says - it holds wires, power strips, and transformers for my monitors without issue and keeps under my desk a bit more tidy.

I have a tons of cables from the devices on my computer desk and this helped keep them off the floor. Easy to install, but they do not include any protective foam pads, so be prepared to cut some out of craft foam or scratch up your desk.
They are a bit flimsy though and bend easily. Once set up, this isn't a big deal, but I recommend being careful and making sure you don't put too much weight on them.
