It really does work great. I can't use any other car phone holder due to my dash is curved and the surface isn't smooth or doesn't have a wide enough area for those suction cups to grip enough. This product is great doesn't leave any sticky residue or marks. I've moved it many many times and still sticks great. Hold my phone great. I have a huge case with a pop socket on the back so my phone hasn't fit in any other car holder but this one works great. Love it definitely recommend it!

It was easy to stick onto the instriment panel, holds tightly, the only thing I wish it could do is rotate. I didn't quite get it in the position I wanted but it's still easy to see while I listen to Siri direct me where to go. It held my i-phone tightly & securely.

So being a taller guy I hated looking down at my phone in map mode attached to a dash vent or laying on my leg or having it sitting loose in the cup holder. I would prop up my phone against the windshield but it would fall over or sit to far back at the wrong angle. My phone is a bigger and heavier off market brand (a DooGee S-98 Pro) Mil-Spec. I did have to remove the inner piece of the holder so my phone would lay back at a better viewing angle. So laying on its side in my holder I now have perfect line of sight straight over the steering wheel in my 2006 Expedition, 1999 F-250 SD and my 2006 C-4500 Kodiak. I highly recommend this holder if your like me and want a safer place to keep the phone and keep an eye on the road while watching the map mode.

Sturdy, low-tech, easy to install. Be sure to wipe down the spot before sticking it, of course, if your car is as dusty as mine! Also, check to make sure your phone fits in the spot where you plan to install it based on the slope of your own windshield. I was lucky that my phone did fit-- if I had placed it an inch closer to the windshield my phone wouldn't have fit. Didn't think of that before I installed it. Very good adhesion to the dash.
