Fun but might make your hands/knuckles red

Wish the set came with three headbands rather than one that needs to be switched out with the different balls as it has meant just using the black ball only here. We rolled the cord over the headband so it could easily be made the right length for different users. I love using it but it does turn my knuckles red for hours following and I have been using it on and off since Christmas and it isn't like my hands are just adapting and no longer getting red, but neither are they yet turning bruised blue, so could be worse.

It's definitely harder than it looks, and you'll look silly when you start. (you'll look silly even when you get a little proficient). My neighbors gawk when they see me using this, but it's fun, and a light upper body exercise.
Im no expert, but here's a tip - start by tossing the ball gently at a 45 degree downward angle.
Also: the black ball is the lightest/softest ball. It is easier on your knuckles than the other two, but it's also the fastest moving ball.
The red one is heaviest and slowest, and not too hard on your knuckles (I found the tennis ball the hardest on your knuckles). I'd recommend starting with this one (but not hitting it hard) just to get the feel of it, then moving to the lighter black one.
