The only reason this doesn't get five stars is that they don't fit on a mantle like they're shown. There's a huge gap. However, they looked beautiful and held the stockings well.

These were EXACTLY what I needed! Our holiday stockings are NOT decorative only. They get filled to the brim, every year. Since the kids were babies, we've been pulling their pretty stockings off the mantle in order to fill them and have to leave them propped on the ground because the cantilevered hooks are useless with any weight whatsoever.
Not this year!! We were able to leave the stockings up and filled and it was so much more magical! The hooks stayed PERFECTLY in place no matter how much was in the stocking, and they didn't damage the paint on the mantle (thanks to the rubber guards at all touch points). Our mantle was slightly larger than the recommendation, but only slightly, and the hooks adjusted just fine for it. The shiny silver was reflective and festive and I couldn't have picked a better option! AWESOME.

I was using the sticky Command hooks for Christmas decor around my fireplace. Problem was when I turned on the fireplace the heat loosened the sticky stuff on the hooks causing the decor to crash to the floor. These fit my mantle perfectly and no more gooey non-functioning hooks!
