I already owned one of these and use it almost everyday in my business. Loved it so much I purchased one for my father. Overall it's a nice unit. If I had it to do over again I probably would have purchased the larger unit since I make little bubble wrapped pouches with it. Most bubble wrap is 12x12 so there is some left over not sealed sections. Would be nice to see some replacement cloth material sections included. I found out if you use it on a higher setting the plastic will stick to the material. When you try to remove the melted plastic it tears away and the cloth material leaving holes and hot spots.

You have to manipulate the heat settings a bit. Most times it seals smoothly, others it melts the plastic bag. Must apply even pressure when sealing the bag.
