Perfect Compact Vise for Crafters

This small vise is absolutely perfect for my craft and jewelry-making requirements. It secures wood tiles, discs, and plastic dominoes so that I can use the vise to hand-drill holes and/or make pilot holes. Prior to using this vise, I improvised and struggled to secure pieces to drill fearing I might get my fingers instead. With this compact device, I can now drill into a variety of pieces safely and easily. I plan to secure the vise onto a small block of wood which I can then secure onto my desk, freeing a hand from holding the vise steady while drilling. (I imagine placing the vise onto a sticky mat might work, during the interim.) This vise, the hand drill and huge assortment of drill bits provide me with the tools I need to further my crafting quickly and safely and at a very affordable cost. I highly recommend this set to all crafters in need of a compact and well-made vice and drill set.

The bits that came with colored rings are labeled only in one of the product images- not that the colors match at all, but the rest are just in a bag. I had to use calipers to manually sort them.
Edit: After using calipers it is clear the sizes are not as listed. And not all sizes where present in the package. They say manual measurement was done to manufacture the bits and that is pretty clear. Only the bit shaft was in line with the listed size. Now this isn't big enough of a problem for my purposes and we are talking about +/- 0.01 mm. But they played fast and loose on when they chose to round up or down. So if you need a reliable size go with a name brand.

It's a convenient set, and other than the drill bits, is surprisingly sturdy. Buy extra bits if you can, the extra bag of bits that comes with it aren't very good.
